Quarantine and Chill: 5 Aromatherapy Combinations To Curb Your Cabin Fever

Managing the scent profile in my home is essential to my comfort. My default scent is always apple cinnamon but too much of it makes me nose blind. I like to alternate between essential oil diffusion, candles, and incense. Here are some of my favorite essential oil combinations that I rotate through.

1.Rose + Lily + Jasmine + Geranium.  For an uplifting, light, fresh scent, this flower combo is perfect for when I miss being outside in the sunshine. 

2.   Eucalyptus + Peppermint + Tea Tree. Bright, refreshing scent. Great for relaxation and also aides in relieving congestion. Sometimes I add lavender to increase the calming effect. 

3.   Sandalwood + Plumeria. This sweet, beachy combo helps me forget I’ve been stuck inside for two weeks straight. 

4.   Patchouli + Sage. This warm, soothing combo helps uplift and clarify the mind while relieving negativity.

5.   Cinnamon + Clove + Bergamot. This spicy, woodsy, and healing combo helps relieve symptoms of depression.
